3. You may enter your (1) stock pick any day
STARTING NOW and it
MUST be above $5.00 the day you enter it. Upon your entry we will log your StockHideout username, your stock pick and its price as of that day’s close, your IP address for authenticity, the date of your pick and your tie breaker date.

For the tie breaker, you must pick the date you think your stock will CLOSE under $1.00. Intraday dips do not count, only the closing prices will be considered on a daily basis. We will use this "Guess day" as a tie breaker in the case two or more people pick the same stock.

7. Updates on the contest will be posted Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and updates will occur on a nightly basis to determine IF a "Loser" (winner) has occurred.
