TSX Venture Exchange Symbol: PIN

EDMONTON, April 4 - Pay Linx Financial Corporation ("Pay Linx" - TSXV: PIN) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Palm Desert National Bank ("PDNB"), an issuer of MasterCard and VISA, in the United States. The agreement allows Pay Linx to issue a MasterCard branded prepaid card in the United States and to become a third party processor of these transactions.

Pay Linx can now extend its services to the United States, allowing corporations to replace usage of cash and cheques. Pay Linx instant-issuing services allow corporations to issue, load and reload a PrePaid MasterCard in real-time at any ATM or merchant accepting MasterCard. The beneficiary simply selects their own PIN number using a Pay Linx PIN and Card Activation terminal. The beneficiary then gets instant access to funds that can be reloaded by the corporation.

Mr. Ian McNeill, President and CEO of Pay Linx, commented "The United States is a huge untapped opportunity for Pay Linx, enabling corporations to replace traditional cash and cheques with a co-branded MasterCard. Pay Linx streamlines the payment and reconciliation process, reducing fraud, improving internal controls and capturing wallet space for corporate customers. The agreement with PDNB allows Pay Linx to immediately offer corporations a significant and improved customer experience."
