Online Brokers for OTC/Pinks

Lets get some opinions going on the best online brokers out there for trading OTC/Pinks.

I was thinking of ditching Scottrade and finding a broker with better routing and L2s. Scottrade has a nice looking and lightweight streamer app and the customer service (in my experience) has been excellent and fast, but I can't help but feel like my quotes are always running about 45-90 seconds behind the market.

I was thinking of dumping Scottrade myself until I noticed a few things. I was one of the first to get my extra GAXY shares, although we all had our sell orders in on GXXL mine went through that first day when nobody elses did, and finally...the other day when people complained that they couldn't get a fill on UDVE, my order went through. All in all I would say Scottrade isn't bad.

I tried out E*Trade today and it really made Scottrade look better for trading pennies.

In the E*Trade streamer, a number of the OTC stocks had no bid or ask info!!

I've never seen that with Scottrade.
