Aero Performance Products, Inc. Announces Temporary Symbol Change

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aero Performance Products, Inc. (OTCBB:AERPE - News), which operates Aero Exhaust, Inc., a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and NASCAR Performance Partner, today announced that due to a delay in the filing of its annual report, the company’s stock symbol has temporarily changed from AERP to AERPE.

The company expects to file its annual report next week and have the “E” removed from its symbol shortly thereafter. The annual report is for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2008.
“We continue to monitor the progress of work to complete the 2008 fiscal year annual report and anticipate it being filed early next week,” stated Bryan Hunsaker, chief executive officer of Aero Performance Products, Inc. “After the filing is made, the company’s original stock symbol will be restored.”
Since the period reflected in the annual report ended, Aero has reported that unaudited sales for Aero products in July 2008 were 90% higher than in July 2007 and that August 2008 were 60% higher than in August 2007.
