Default Recent Volatility

In light of the recent volatility, you may have noticed that charts are somewhat unresponsive to otherwise bullish patterns. Confirmation may amount to nothing sometimes. But I would encourage everyone to keep trading in a disciplined manner using technical analysis. Even if you're still looking for long positions, remember that TA works. Time and time again TA is the thing that takes the chaos and emotions out of daily trading in times like these. If you can make it in these markets, you know that you're on your way to accumulating enough cash by time the next bull market comes around.

For those of you that are options traders. Consider delta neutral strategies to give you profits regardless of which direction the market moves. In fact, delta neutral strategies are optimal for volatility.
