    Muscle Flex Inc. Completes the Acquisition of the "In the Raw(R)" Trademark After Successfully Defeating the WWE's "Raw" Trademark Application 1,153,018 in Federal Appeals Court Ending a Multi-Year Dispute in Canada

    LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 08/17/09 -- Muscle Flex Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MFLI) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the "In the Raw®" registered trademark. The multi-year dispute between Muscle Flex's "In the Raw" and WWE's "Raw" trademark concluded in April of this year when Muscle Flex Inc. successfully defended its "In the Raw®" trademark against WWE "Raw" trademark application 1,153,018 in a final Federal Court appeal by the WWE. Previously, on June 18, 2008, the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) Opposition Board issued its final decision with respect to the WWE Canadian trademark application for "RAW." The ruling confirmed that certain wares listed in the RAW trademark application 1,153,018 were confusingly similar and thus lacked distinctiveness from the "In the Raw®" registered trademark.

    As part of its trademark victory, Muscle Flex Inc. is expediting the development of a diversified portfolio of "In the Raw®" branded merchandise. Products include multiple lines of apparel, such as caps, T-shirts and workout wear, extreme sports, reality-based videos and related music. Future products will be marketed through direct response media as well as traditional retail distribution. Details of the Muscle Flex 'In the Raw' brand are expected to be released shortly.

As well, there were many attempts to settle the case, all of which were routinely ignored."

Items include; various CDs, VHS tapes and a number of apparel items. According to the WWE's most recent reported financial quarter, combined sales of WWE's consumer products and digital media business segments produced $40 million in global revenues. In previous quarters, these numbers were even higher.

    MFLI +10% on increased volume Keep this one on radar into tomorrow as the RSI is turning up Support is The 20 day MA line of .009 which needs to hold imo Resistance is .01 .011 .014 .019 and a possible .024

    Default Yup, and over 50% at one point today!

    Wow, MFLI did great for Hideout members in an otherwise down market. Moving up over 50% in early trading hours there was room to profit for those who traded. Like Chuck said, this stock above .01 resistance has room to move so keep it on watch.

    I do not feel it is appropriate for the stock alert to come out at 9:30 A.M.
    There are to many of us here that need time to do our DD and end up missing the boat on the play. It seems to me that there is no reason not to want to share this alert with us the night before since it is already been decided what stock the alert will be. I understand fully that we are free to choose to take the alert stock and decide on our own if we want to buy or not. But this is your party and you can do as you all feel fit. I do appreciate all that Stockhide out offers us and does for us. This is just merely a suggestion or possible request.
