    You have been touting this stock since June AFTER its one brief rise over $0.10 in April/08....you comment on nothing else so I assume you are working for the company, since you offer insight into nothing else. Your message is a broken record of false optimism.

    I think that in 2 years one should have see some activity...but this thing seems flatlined between $0.007 and $0.005...

    Another thing that bothers me....for a public company ...I should be able to find some basic financial data on this company....and I cannot find it anywhere at all....why is that?????

    I stand corrected....after a long search I came up with a financial statement for the year 2000...published by the way in January 2008....go figure

    Now....how can someone do their normal due dilligence when basic information is not available???

    Provide us a link showing us recent financial data to back up the hand waving, news releases you have put on this board....if you don't, then there is nothing to buy here. Investors would be foolish to invest in such a company IMHO

    Yes, Minlita...I am smart enough to look in this area.....but there is no information on this stock other than marketing hype....try to find any financial information.....there is only one piece as I have shown and that is for the year 2000 and you have to dig deep in these releases to find it.

    If you find any hard financial information show it to me but there is none and I have looked very hard to find some. A simple listing of all the so called good news is not what I am looking for.

    I believe this will just rise in 2009, junior company with this growth and revenue or simply a takeover target if price remains low

    hello steve sorry for delay.. been on the road lately doing trainings with groups

    What is the Share Structure according to the latest TA records?
    200mm remains intact. No change

    Has a Poison Pill been instituted for SMKG to protect investors in the case of a buyout?
    The old one is still intact but will reissue notice

    What were the 3rd quarter results, and then when can we expect 4th quarter?
    They will be posted shortly in the next 30 days or less - but our numbers have grown dramatically and trying to maintain pace

    How is the "Fully Reporting" status coming along on Pinksheets? How much longer should we reasonably expect to wait.
    I would expect no longer then end 1st qrt 09 - markets have not been right as you can imagine

    Is the company still planning on doing a Share buy-back? How much and when?
    We have actually been buying shares expect more news as we advise of personal buys

    What are further prospects for developing business?
    At this time we are currently fulfilling existing contracts which we have for another 4 months of apart from taking in new requests and 2 more trade venues coming up in Florida and Chicago

    How many SMKG cards are actually in use, and how what is the goal for expanding the number of cards in use 2009?
    I can get back to you but we have surpassed 3800 active and steady and increasing by 100 to 150 per week right now.. biggest efforts are being concentrated here and
    We are pushing to get the number of active to 20 000 by mid yr steady which means we peak at 25000 but cards get unused or short term.. this is a substantial target for any company in the industry..

    note: whats important really is the steady growth trend for every customers or so we double in revenues generated from transactions which is becoming very important
