Share Structure/ PPS Valuation
The current Share Structure is as follows:
50 million A/S! That’s right, 50 million Authorized! 40 million O/S and 29 million in the float. Though it trades like the float is more like 10 million. 41% of the O/S Is controlled by the CEO and Directors!!!
The Market Cap is a measly $800K!!! That’s right $800,000. The company IPO’d with over $30 million in cash that they spent on building the online games they currently have. The value of those assets have to be quite a bit more then the $800k market cap! Even at a modest guess of $5 million value, that puts a possible PPS valuation of .125! If there is a reverse merger, and Thriller Media really plans on doing the $100 million in revenues in the first five years, that would give us a PPS valuation of $2.50!!! Insane Folks!

Dogfights, a single-player game, takes flight in January on PC and Mac with realistic and adrenaline-pumping missions for the bravest of gamers.
Gamers choose one of three levels of pilot expertise: Rookie, Pilot, or the highly skilled Ace. They can select among 100 historically accurate aircraft to meet an armada of incoming aircraft in over 40 combat mission combinations. With its dynamic game engine, no two air battles will ever be the same. In each air battle the player can score points, build rank, and acquire medals to compete for the coveted title of WGFP – Worlds’ Greatest Fighter Pilot!
Players can fly over multiple historical terrains including England, Europe, and North Africa, including many of the great cities like London, Paris, and Berlin. Players can participate in Pacific battle campaigns over the Philippines and Midway terrains.
Imagine a dogfight with you against 10 MeBf-109s or Fw-190s…you have limited ammo, you’re low on fuel…and only your altitude, speed, and your steely self-control will keep you alive on the Ace level! Get in some shots and get out or you die!

CARY, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--iEntertainment Network (Pink Sheets:IENT), the award-winning developer of the world famous WarBirds TotalSims massively multiplayer, military combat simulation game series, www.TotalSims.com, today announced that it had acquired Thriller New Media, Inc, a media development company focused on online military communities, massively multiplayer online games, interactive simulations, action novels, and action movies.
IENT, known for its military simulation games for both retail and online sales, accomplished the acquisition of Thriller New Media to combine Thriller’s contracts for military action novel development with IENT’s online military game system, known as the TotalSims series of military online games.
Thriller has contracts with three best selling New York Times authors to use their original novels for development of a series of massively multiplayer, military action online games. Two of the author’s novels are expected to be published by Thriller New Media and these novels may also be developed into action military theatrical productions.
Thriller New Media has also developed a concept of an online military destination community portal, known as ThrillerHQ, where members can play massively multiplayer online military games, can get real time information and news about military issues around the world, and can purchase a variety of products including retail games, books, DVDs, and movies.
Thriller New Media will operate as a subsidiary of IENT and operate all of IENT’s current and future military online and retail games, novels, and movies.
