also, i think that you will see merger news then a move to the OTCBB. typically the details of the merger are not simple. I would not be surprised to see shareholders of medical marijuana recieve a certain amount of shares of HESG in return for their shares of medical marijuana. If medical marijuana shares are trading at say .20 and HESG were .01 (hopefully  )when the merger happens, the share holders of medical marijuana would receive 20 shares of HESG in return for one share of MJNA. Notice also MNJA had a higher than ususal volume on a down day yesterday, down 7%. One order was over 250,000 shares. This could be forces at work driving their share price down to a point that makes the transition easier for both companies. It is something to watch. I have a feeling it is a share swap merger. either HESG'ers get a fixed amount of MNJA, or MNJA share holders will get a fixed amount of HESG. We shall see what transpires.

It sounds like a total merger. HESG has all the financial savy from the looks of it, MJNA has all the knowledge of the product/rules/regulations/laws. It's a perfect marriage, someone to handle the legal side, and some to manage the financial side. More than likely they will bring some very business savvy people on board to help promote and market to potential states and dispensary's. JMO

Sciences Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HESG) would like to announce that it has
retained its attorney Robert Young to investigate the necessary steps to legally
obtain licensing care giving and growing of Medical Marijuana in the State of
California. One of which is forming a non-profit organization.
In addition, the Company has been in preliminary negotiations with a dispensary
in Billings, Montana. Montana happens to be the only state where a care giver
can profit.
Thomas Gaffney, President and CEO of Health Sciences Group, Inc., states, "Let
me be clear. Number one we are in pursuit of getting into the legal medical
marijuana business in either or all of California, Colorado and Montana. Montana
happens to be the only state in the country at the time whereby care givers can
profit from their operations. However, the company can derive profits from
providing management and accounting agreements for dispensaries in any of the
states where medical marijuana is legal. Furthermore, we believe that getting
into the business on the ground floor will give us a leg up when the different
