Prior to new management's appointments the Eberle well has been fracturized and completed, ready to produce oil and gas. The single issue holding back connection to the gas purchaser for the last two years has been has been the required Right of Way from the landowner adjacent to the landlocked Eberle well.
Green Star has scheduled with the operator for the completion of the 2" line buried at a depth of 36" over several miles to connection. The gas purchaser Energy Transfer Company has entered into final negotiations and should be able to provide a date shortly to tap into the connection.
Green Star management is now planning the on-site field trip at the Eberle location in Bastrop County, Texas to coincide with the connection. Although we can't specifically say which day the gas company will make the connection we are planning the visit in the next 3-4 weeks subject to the date of the connection. Stockholders that would like to join management on this visit need to contact the Company for details on when and where to meet.
