Among the companies whose shares are making notable moves in Tuesday's session are Ballard Power Systems Inc. (BLDP), Banro Corp. (BAA), Alamos Gold Inc. (AGI.T), and Central Sun Mining Inc. (CSM.T). Central Sun (C$0.61, C$0.16, 36%) has received a binding offer from B2Gold Corp. (BTO.T) for an acquisition pursuant to which Central Sun shareholders would receive 1.28 common shares of B2Gold for each Central Sun common share held. Central Sun said this offer is superior to an outstanding offer by Linear Gold Corp. (LRR.T).
