Generex Biotechnology Corporation (GNBT) looks positive for gain today!

It cannot be seen here but the Bollinger Bands are like a long tight tunnel and I like the position of the share price within this formation, bouncing off the top of the 20dayMA...very nice

You can see that the share price has tracked just below its 50 dayMA and now it is headed in a way that looks like it will challenge this line in the near future.

The TRIX is arching strongly positive, the RSI is flatlined about 50% looking like it is staging for a rise too. The Accum/Dist is unchanged and negative but that does not bother me too much.

Firm support is at $0.32 the resistance is at $0.35...almost as though we have reached the apex of a pennant....this is a critical time for sure. That next resistance is at $0.39....This is close to the 50dayMA and break this and it is clear sailing to $0.50

You can see that strong support at $0.32, can't you? The resistance at $0.35 is shown at a lesser rate. The tightened BB's in this chart shows there will be a jump/fall of significance on opening....I'd bet it will be on the upside.

Yes this is a stock to watch all right

Generex just got awarded two patents!

WORCESTER, Mass., Nov 19, 2008 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Generex Biotechnology Corporation (GNBT) ( :: Generex Biotechnology Corporation ::), the leader in drug delivery for metabolic diseases through the inner lining of the mouth, announced today that it has received two new patents, one in Mexico (issued by the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property), the other in New Zealand (issued by the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand).
The patents share the title, "Pharmaceutical Compositions for Buccal Delivery of Pain Relief Medications," and contain claims to a pharmaceutical composition for pain relief containing a narcotic analgesic in micellar form.
"We are pleased that our patent portfolio is expanding to include the pain relief application," said Rose Perri, the Company's Chief Operating Officer. "As we continue the pivotal Phase III studies of our flagship product, Generex Oral-lyn(tm), we seek additional applications for our proprietary drug platform technology."
Generex currently holds an aggregate of 130 patents worldwide (21 of which are United States patents) and has an aggregate of 132 patent applications pending in various jurisdictions.
