The market has stopped lending for quite some time, due to the excessive leverage and loose lending standards (among other things). The LIBOR rates which are the rates at which the banks lend money to each other is through the roof. This has made it especially hard for small business owners that cannot get money stock their selves, buy advertising or just grow their business is general.

I have been looking around for a company that is actually still lending and I may have found one. IBVR is a relatively new company with light volume, but one that already has done several deals for start up to small companies. IBVR’s Business Model allows smaller non - accredited Investors this option to invest in small public deals or start up companies. with as little as $ 2,500. IBVR caters to the masses, which is very important especially in this day and age.

This business model has allowed IBVR to grow by over 200% in 2008 and fund over 7 million dollars in new deals alone. They expect to continue this growth based on their long term strategy, which should be able to weather any market condition.

With many smaller investors or investment clubs looking outside the conventional stock market investments, IBVR could provide a secure choice for these types of investors.

This has bottomed. The powerful recovery off the artificial intra day low, caused by a an afternoon margin call on a stock which wasn;t even being promoted - back to close 100% over the intra day low with strong volume, considering the float. I believe this will see some very strong buying this week. We already saw it walked up to 30 cents wednesday before NITE shook it down over the next 2-3 days to test recovery, and if they release news sometime this week this thing could fly.
Given the low float, I won;t even try to set a target price on this puppy as it will seem ridiculous to someone who doesn;t know HOW high a low float can move with some positive news, good charts and a little bit of momo. Just to compare, I;ve seena severely LARGE float stock (with 1000 times as many tradeable shares) move 500% with some news off a bottom. How high will this LOW floater go? It has the potential to shock us all, but time will tell.....

Word is that they have been completely cleared by the SEC. Also the shorter(s) were identified as Homepals inc who have been shorting this on the grey market for reasons that will be described later. The important thing is that the news has been (acc to myy info) verified and endorsed by the SEC, and their website is up and running again.

We should see this re-open in full strength 19th this week. That also gives them time to work on their latest news release and time it with the short cover I expect to see

Also a quick tip for newbies: watch for thinly traded low-floater stocks with a large-ish spread that are being slowly walked up in price with hits on the ask. Thats how you identify a potential run.
