This could be a selloff day itself. Oils down more then $2.50 in pre market and the S&P is down 9 points or almost 1%. I expect a buyers strike through mid day tomorrow before any possible bounce around 1037 on the S&P.

I know it looks bad for Citi. What would cause Citibank to not do a reverse stock split before June 2010? I'm worried about buying more shares because of this possibility.
