Shares of ZIPI are continuing to move higher today. Shares have doubled in just nine trading days with volume trending higher as well. This move looks to be the result of a bullish divergence between the share price and the MACD that has been building for several months. With a base that has been been this long, we could see an incredible move that might take the stock up from its current $0.30 level to $1.85 in the next several weeks. This is a trade that must not be ignored.

After nine consecutive up days with expanding volume, ZIPI took a little breather and retraced about 16% of its value. Admittedly the stock was overbought ad this healthy correction will allow new buyers the opportunity to take a postion at a discounted price. Two noteworthy observations are 1) while the shorter MACD average is already above the 0 line and is reading a "strong" bullish trend, the longer (and arguably the more important) average is set to cross back above the 0 line. This wll put the stock in a "strong" long-term bullish trend. Additionally, we are very close to witnessing the famous "golden -cross" ---an extremeely bullish indicator where the short-term moving average crosses back above the longer-term moving average. Again, this weakness is only temporary and shares should be purchased immediately.
