FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - 03/05/10) - Black Art Beverage Inc. (Pinksheets:BLVI - News) announced today that it has contracted with MWH Services of New York for licensing, logistics and warehousing in all 50 states.

"Working with MWH as our partner extends our distribution and sales capabilities to every state. MWH carries the required licenses in every state, and by partnering with MWH, the timely and costly task of securing license, label and bond approvals in each state is done. (Pinksheets:BLVI - News) announced today that it had signed an agreement with Deerfield Beach, Florida-based WideShot Productions for the filming and distribution of their national television advertising campaign to begin in early May of 2010.

The television commercials will appear in 187 markets that cover over three-quarters of the United States. Initially the commercials will run in the Central and Southern areas of the Companies distribution but will eventually build to the full targeted market over the course of one month.
