Nanologix Inc. - NNLX

Okay, new to the board. I have been watching Nanologix for a couple years now. They had there product studied by a third party, Batelle and the results were astonishing. They can test for Anthrax 4 times faster then current petri methods. They can test for a lot of other things faster as well, just thought I would mention the big boy. They are currently at the ASM show in PA, things are going great. They have receiving financing and are building out a clean room to begin production. They have not sold themselves out to the devil with toxic financing. The board of directors is outstanding, reputable, and honest above all things. Stock recently close at .15, a 52 week high. Volume has been above average as of late and things are looking extremely bright for the future with more positive news coming. they have a message board on Y..hoo. Good luck, not a pump and dump by any means.

NNLX still holding up at 52 week high it hit a few weeks back. News of clean room completion, production commencement should be just around the corner. Take a serious look at this company and what they have. yahoo board has some good info and posts.

Bounced off a new 52 week high this morning. .16. bid 14.5 ask .15. now. News is coming soon on this one, stills lots of people holding on to their seats

Lot's of noise going on about this and that but all of it good and healthy to hear. As a long term investor in this company I thought I'd add my overall perspective to what this company is all about and hopefully calm some of the apparently frazzled nerves. I'm a retired doc, manage money professionally now, and although my track record is far from perfect I do consider companies like NNLX my sweet spot as this is where I've historically made my biggest profits.

NNLX in it's current form is essentially a restart. The company has a host of different technologies under it's umbrella from hydrogen reactors to petri dishes and a lot in between. When I got involved well over a year ago, I got to know Bret over the phone through multiple conversations. He was frustrated by the previous managements lack of forthrightness with him, organized their ouster and took over the company. Most of you know this and as well you know that he personally invested a good deal of his own money to keep the lights on at NNLX. Bret is probably the major shareholder in the company now and thus take heart that his interests are exactly allied with our own. This point cannot be overemphasized. As far as I know, he does not currently take a salary, his only compensation has been stock. I've also since met Bret on several occasions and have found him to be just as he sounds on the phone---a straight shooter.

Secondly, what Bret is doing makes sense. After trying for over a year to get other governmental agencies to take an interest in the BNP technology he went to Batelle who came out with a report that essentially gave the technology a stamp of approval from a major defense contractor. The Batelle paper is really the bedrock of NNLX's credibility as Batelle's reputation is unquestioned in the industry. Their endorsement was a windfall for the company. So now NNLX finds itself in the very enviable position of having a 'game changing' technology in a market that certainly runs in the hundreds of millions if not billions. Petri dishes are used worldwide in every university lab, hospital lab, research lab, water quality labs, food quality labs, biological weapons labs, etc etc etc.

The question is what this is all worth. Well, let's say you're a major player in this field and you make a lot of profit from making and selling filled petri dishes or something more advanced and convenient(there are various other petri like technologies on the market). Someone comes along and proves that with a simple, inexpensive idea he can cut the time to results by 100% to 400%. How could you afford NOT to try to incorporate this technology into your product line? Frankly, if you don't you're dead. It's kind of like what the iPhone did to the rest of the smart phone market. It was just so much better that it kind of took over, or is in the process of taking over. I know the battle rages here but you get the idea

This little <$15M company has a technology that all major players will want. At the latest scientific meetings Bret was busy fielding calls from folks from companies large and small and although I don't know the details it stands to reason that they are all having a close look at the BNP technology and what it is worth to them. What happens from here? Maybe nothing, maybe licensing, maybe a bid for the whole shebang. It's anyone's guess. But what is pretty obvious to anyone with the vaguest sense of value and scale is that the BNP idea alone is likely worth a whole lot more than the entire market cap of NNLX. Probably several times more in my opinion. Maybe Bret finishes the clean room and starts selling them, maybe someone pays him for the whole enchilada before he pours the first dish.

So the way I look at this investment is there is significant value in this idea and we are just waiting to see how it will be monetized. Bret is smart and knows what he's got and won't be giving it away. I feel confident without knowing the exact progress of the clean room, what the details of balance sheet are, etc. that I will make money on my investment in NNLX. No matter how he gets to the finish line: either by organically growing NNLX through sales, or by licensing, or by an outright sale, it doesn't really matter. BNP is one of those diamond in the rough finds and in my opinion we're lucky to have stumbled across it.

Technical, not only holding .14 so far, but hit .16 today. A very good sign so far this week.

So it held .16 for much of two days. Dipped to 15.2 today, ask still at .16. Greatly undervalued. Someday you will all realize that the garbage you have invested in will pale in comparison to this stock. The chart is strong, the sellers are weak, news is due out for sure and this is an easy double from here. Not because of hype, because of what they really have. check out what they are doing. CEO quotes on a message board that BNP rules. Biggest hint ever, and the stock steadily gains, but really, this should be easily trading at a buck a share now. And when it gets there, it will hold, just like it has since it has tripled in two months. Why, because there product and production in progress is rea. NNLX is a real pink sheet company with a real tangible product and good luck to all.
