Lovin This!
Anything over .021 is a great close!
-
Up-trend in place!
I'm expecting this to continue.
However for it to get past .06 we need some PRs detailing new deals from Neustar, Scanbuy or directly through us.
I might add there are many message boards talking about this stock right now.
Even our own Stockhideout chatroom had a lot discussion on NEOM today. Traders are very interested but many are saying they are holding. I can't blame them. Monopoly!

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NeoMedia Europe AG, the leader in mobile barcode and scanning technology, continues to enjoy success across Austria and today announces the completion of three key projects, all with leading brands, across what is already Europes most advanced mobile market.
Dorbirner Messe, a leading organizer of trade fairs in Austria, first engaged with NeoMedia in the spring of 2009 when it used 2D codes in the promotional campaign for its spring exhibition Frhjahrsmesse. Following the success of this campaign, NeoMedia and partner Philipp (a mobile solution and services provider), have just completed the Autumn Fair in Dornbirn. The autumn project involved issuing all exhibitors their own 2D barcode linked directly to their personal mobile subpage. These barcodes were displayed across a wide range of media including transport; employee t-shirts; and regional print media.
Another successful partnership with Philipp has most recently seen NeoMedia provide 2D barcodes to the promotional materials of Die Grne Alternative Vorarlberg, the Austrian Green Party. 2D barcodes displayed on billboards; print ads; and party brochures allowed the electorate to directly access further information on the green party during the regional elections that took place over the summer months. The party didnt engage with mobile barcodes as a means to increase their share of the vote, but rather to demonstrate their use of innovative methods of connecting with the electorate.
Similarly seeking to demonstrate innovation, leading Austrian newspaper WirtschaftsBlatt was keen to explore how mobile barcodes could extend its readers' experience of the paper while becoming an early adopter of the technology in the print media sector. Working with DIMOCO, NeoMedia demonstrated how a special compact edition of the paper (WirtschaftsBlatt Kompaktspezial) could be produced with 2D barcodes integrated into the pages that would allow the reader to access additional editorial and audio content, to suit their interests.
Speaking on the successful completion of the three projects, Dr. Christian Steinborn, CEO of NeoMedia Europe AG, said: Austria already benefits from one of the most advanced mobile markets in Europe, and we have previously engaged with other leading brands here including Nokia, Mazda and Tele.ring on 2D barcode projects. The completion of three more projects further highlights Austrian businesses appreciation of the benefits to customer engagement that mobile marketing can provide.

This is from 2008 but gives an idea of potential in US
Mobile barcodes:Huge success in Japan so far.
Posted on February 18th, 2008 by Satoko Hibi
In Japan, mobile barcodes(QR Codes:local version of the 2D barcodes) has been widespread and acquired a stable position as one of the familiar media to provide a direct access to customers these days. They are mainly targeting mobile-savvy group of twenties to mid-thirties leading them to sales promotion sites for products such as snacks and beverages.
In Real Life of Japanese mobile user and Internet
69.23 million Japanese out of its 120 million population access Internet via mobile phones. It is about the same number of 66.01 million internet users via computers(According to the data of 2005). And almost all of the mobile phones in the market now have equipped with a barcode scanner by default.

Mobile barcdes do move people closer to Internet/products
Internet and mobile phone have given great impacts on modern communication technology globally. Barcodes may become a smarter and quicker way to open a new door leading consumers to Internet in the next future as it is in Japan currently. In fact, with barcodes, lots of Japanese who dont own a computer at home access Internet via mobile phone. In addition, even those who own a computer are using Internet from mobile phone for its handiness. The same idea can be applied in the U.S. and other regions.
If I point out the current bottleneck of barcodes service, it tends to become ad-hoc content service and does not provide further path to stimulate the consumers. Of course the service providers need to come up with an exciting idea to continue users attracted, however, at the same time, it is necessary to explore and improve UIs and others on mobile phone.

Hope SA is right!
Stock Analyzer has called for a "possible" bounce tomorrow. I sure would like to see it as I'm trying to remain long on this position. LOL
Scroll down to the fifth pick,,,

Can't blame those that trade it because it has been volatile to the max.
My greatest fear is that I would attempt a flip & miss the run or have to chase it.
It's not a baseless rumor. There's serious evidence that a buy out "could" be near. If it is sold my personal feelings are we would be getting robbed for anything less than 50 cents a share but the fact remains that NEOM has not had a chance to showcase it's potential & no one will pay 1.2 billion for it now.

Good Call!
Stock Analyzer called for a "possible" bounce & that's what we got! It would be nice to see it hold gains & continue up.
