CTIC Cell Therapeutics Inc had a large volume spike today and could be a stock to watch for tomorrow and into next week. I put this on my penny stock scans recently and it has played out fairly well for us. I think the key will be to get over that .85 hump tomorrow or early next week, that would allow us to challenge 1.00 imo.
