 | PUPSE (PUPS) Have been watching this one for awhile. The higher volumes of late and the recent price take down made it appealing Friday. (.0028) O/S : There were 195,807,900 shares of the registrant's common stock outstanding as of November 10, 2006. They filed 11/22/06, the "E" should already be off. FLOAT : Float - 113M - According to bloomberg.com Bloomberg.com: Investment Tools CHART : PUPSE - SharpCharts 2 from StockCharts.com RECENT NEWS : PUPSE.OB: Headlines for PICK-UPS PLUS INC - Yahoo! Finance Will catch resistance at .005, if / when it gets by that. more struggles at .007. Good luck ! |

| Missed bottom My apologies, missed bottom, closed today at .0023. Bid - VERT .0023 / Ask VERT .0025 VERT painted the tape, controlled B/A process all day on low volulme 335,000 shares. Only means you can now buy at an 18% discount from original alert, if you can fill at Bid. Hoping .0023 is bottom, but if not I will double my .0028 position at .002. |

| Called PUPSE I called PUPS today to inquire why the "E" has not been removed. While I was on the phone with the guy it started bouncing. Sold my position at .005. HOD was .0055. That would be 96.4% from alert to to top of .0055. For anyone still holding, the explanation of why the "E" has not been removed is because they lack an auditors approval. The cost is about $15K to secure approval, and the gentleman, (whose name I don't recall), said they will have the Form 10 blessed and approved by December 21, deadline. If it retraces I will rejoin you. Good luck ! |
