I know you will all laugh.QBIT

I have been holding for 3 or 4 weeks now for this play. The company is offering the class B stocks for 1000 to 1 for the common stocks. The class B come with a gaurantee of something like a 18% increase in shares per year. Please do not quote that %.to sell them they have to convert back to common shares.I see a 1-2 month window of opportunity of the float getting very small.'SUPPLY & DEMAND'theory.Todays 75% increase was caused by the CEO converting his 300,000,000+ shares to class B.So far he is the only one that has been able to so far.Insiders will continue to switch their shares and then the general public will be able to.At QBIT yahoo shareholder message group they are dying to do so.I am looking at a short term play when the float dries up and before the class B shareholders would want to switch back to common stock to sell and take profit.I am just now getting close to even on what I bought if that means anything.A crazy play,I know. This is just if anyone is interested.

1 for 2 in this stock

Been in and out twice in this stock in last couple of months once for nice profit once for a loss. In again for a small play. I agree this new class of shares has a short term potential to reduce the outstanding common share float and drive up the price. That is until all the class B shareholders cash out again later!

CEO Share Conversion

FWIW From another board

Everyone,

I delivered 316,259,000 Common Capital Shares (symbol:QBIT) that were issued to
me, personally, to our Company. The Company agreed to issue 316,259 Class B
Common Shares as soon as possible to me. I will notify everyone when I receive
my Class B Shares.

Class B is better to hold as a Shareholder. Common Capital Shares are
better to buy and sell because a public market exists with the symbol
"QBIT".

I still have 1,000 QBIT Common Capital Shares registered in my name.

We will distribute information to this Group about converting your
shares to Class B Common Shares as mechanisms are put in place. It
shouldn't be long and we're trying to make things as streamlined as
possible. As mentioned before on this group, converting shares between
classes is entirely at the discretion of the Shareholder and its all
designed to be fair and beneficial to every Shareholder and our Company.

To keep messages short, management will try to address the corporate
aspects of our Company separately from the work of the Company. I do
want to comment that our work is going nicely, in every project area
as described on our website. In a sense, the work is busy enough and
productive enough that we don't have time to promote it well.

Thank you all for being Shareholders and supporting Qbit and all that
we're about.

Best wishes to everyone,

Mike Skillern & Qbit
