I did ask him however if the exchange was going to be for paper or it it was going to be an electronic transfer. It is going to be for paper (according to Ron). I think that is great news. Now I can really understand why the mm's have been messing with this. Everyone will have to come up with the actual certificates for exchange. Ron also said that he would not know what the new ticker would be until he received the new certificates. I am very excited about this.

MHO: hold strong, don't give the mm's any more shares! It only helps them to cover IF there is a short position.
