This would be the FIRST of THREE ACQUISITIONS

Estimated revenues for global are expected to exceed $15,000,000.

Jan 24 - Announced Purchase agreement would be completed by eom
Jan 29 - Re-affirmed company goals by new President Michael Morey
Feb 24 - Announced (under new President Morey) the Purchase Agreement and terms had been completed in detail

Apr 1- confirmed with T/A and Nev SOS A/S is still only 100M
Apr 2 - "Lexey" spoke with Michael Morey (good job!) and was told NEWS COMING WITHIN 2 or 3 DAYS!
