ESMT/ Samsung deal goes thru.

Samsung has penned the deal for 20million smart cards from ESMT...Read the news, along with others. They have weathered a storm and come out clean with courts ruling in their favor against all claims. They are a real comapny with a real product that is in production, in their Factory with clients like Samsung, to name one of many. Why this stock is still at 12cents I have no real idea. At this point their debt is large, but the profit from the Samsung deal alone is plenty for this company to kept its doors open. Im not trading, Im buying. An OTC listing could be 3-4 Dollars a share, and yes they are doing all their filings now! Whos got money in a company that has this, I want to know what it is?

With the agreement deal between ESMT and Samsung then there is a strong ties with investment capital.

Courts ruling decision is to claim whatever is being signed for the benefit of the business.

A subsidy from clients is important to attain trust, confidence and sustainability.

It's up to some clients to put up some profits just for the company's growth.
