(Pink Sheets: SDVI - News) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned video game development and publishing subsidiary, Graffiti Entertainment, LLC, has signed an agreement with Killer Bee Software to develop and publish its real time strategy (RTS) video game, "Empire Deluxe." Graffiti Entertainment will develop a new version of Empire Deluxe for a major handheld gaming system and personal computers (PC), and is planning to have the game on shelves in the last quarter of 2008.
