BAKERSFIELD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Extreme Motorsports of California, Inc. (OTC:ETMO) ("Extreme" or the "Company") has entered into a strategic alliance and master distributor agreement with The Williamsburg Outlet Mall to build and market a new factory showroom inside the mall. The Williamsburg Outlet Mall, owned by 6401 Richmond Road, LLP an affiliate of The Bush Companies and managed by W.H. H Trice & Co. , will receive initial deliveries of a variety of Extreme Motorsports' sandcar models in the fourth quarter of 2007, with the factory showroom scheduled for completion in 2008.
The strategic alliance with Extreme Motorsports was developed by investment banker and Bush Companies affiliate, Lance Troy Posner of Posner Investments, who with Alan McCaa, President & CEO of Extreme Motorsports, view the opportunity to showcase the world's most extreme sandcars to visitors to the Williamsburg, VA area as a key marketing and business development opportunity. The Williamsburg area, home to Colonial Williamsburg, the Busch Gardens Europe Amusement Park and the Williamsburg Outlet Mall receive up to 40 million visitors per year, many of whom are a target demographic for Extreme's vehicles.
Extreme Motorsports, through slight modifications to the suspension and models of tires installed, can quickly deliver on- and off-road vehicles capable of addressing the mountain, trail and sand terrain prevalent across Virginia and the East Coast in general, targeting an endless range of customer requirements.
