Global Triad, Inc. Signs Definitive Merger Agreement With Soul to Sole Ventures, Inc.

Global Triad, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GBTD) announces that it signed a definitive merger agreement with Soul to Sole Ventures Inc. a privately held Nevada Corporation. Under the terms of the agreement Soul to Sole will have 80% majority ownership of GBTD's common stock once the merger is completed.

Along with the agreement, Carl Olivieri was voted as Chairman/CEO of GLOBAL TRIAD, Inc. Mr. Olivieri Says "We are very excited about the opportunities that the combined companies will have to offer and our primary business model will move to be a service provider that delivers advertisements to consumers through a unique television syndication model developed by Soul to Sole including the new media platform with Global's IPTVSN.COM (sports network) and the IPTVEN.COM (entertainment network) outlets.

Anthony Mellone Jr., Founder of GLOBAL TRIAD, Inc., will be staying on as the E.V.P. of Business Development. Says, "We are very pleased at the opportunities that Soul to Sole, and Mr. Olivieri bring to the company and we look forward to the new direction in which the company will be moving."

Soul to Sole's business model is developing, distributing and marketing various film and television projects.
