Thread: New to Penny Stocks Please Help!

Hi guys! First off sorry if I posted this in the wrong place, i'm new to the site. Anyway, I'm a noob when it comes to penny stock trading, and I am having some problems buying them. I use scottrade and when I try buying a stock right after the market opens, scottrade either blocks me from placing the trade online ( they want you to call them to place the trade, but by doing so, you would miss the big move in price as these stocks moves so fast ) or the price has already gapped up big time in a matter of minutes. DO you guys have any special tactics that you could share with me? any suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated. I've been searching around the web to help but couldn't find any and I hope I can find it here. Thanks!

You are going to have that problem with scottrade, most penny stock are restricted stocks, they consider anyhow ! But i had to do something, so i had to take that 10% loss to start getting these penny stocks unresticted from my account, so i started calling them in to my local branch, after a week or 2 they give me no more problems, i quess because penny stocks are risky they dont want the customer losing alot of money, but i recommend calling a few in they will take the restriction off !!!
