having problem get into chat room

We have a huge issue right now with the stock room... Around 85 of us have been partitioned into another room, while I can view 560+ people on the mini chat on the main page I cannot get there...

how can i get technical support from this website? I've been trying to solve a frustrating issue i have with the chat room's flash player-does not go away. I got a reply days after I posted the issue last time I tried solving it.

I notice you give the demo videos on Equity Feed. I am trying it now is there anyway i can talk to someone directly on setting up the parameters for the scanner? I am trying in particular to find stocks that surge in volume and I don't understand what the $volume indicator is as well as a few other parameters. How and why certain parameters work together better than other combinations.

Hello - I have been trying to log into the chat room all day (and am having withdrawls, LOL) but am not able to get into the chat. when I try it, its doesnt complete a download, and gets stuck at "Initilization". Not sure what I should be doing. Never had a problem before. Was hoping you could help me with?? Thank you... My sign-in name is Doon... thanks again,,
