    DANR yesterday's news

Dana Resources Acquires the Property Las Horquetas

LAS VEGAS, Mar 24, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Dana Resources (OTCBB: DANR) is a US-based precious and base metals exploration company with advanced stage gold properties in Peru. Dana Resources is pleased to announced today they have acquired 100% interest in the claim herein known as the Turmalina Project, in Peru.
Turmalina is a copper project located in Northern Peru and is accessible by road with existing infrastructure in the area for power, water and labour. The Turmalina project has mineralization over an area of 2.5 km by 1.25km and covers over 1450 acres. As of 2007, the Turmalina project has historical reserves of 305,586 tons of 2.5% copper. Dana Resources believes that there is a potential for over 330,000 tons of copper at Turmalina.

The Turmalina project is in the same trend as Anglo American's (Nasdaq:AAUK; LSE:AAL) Michiquillay copper porphyry deposit. Michiquillay hosts reserves of 544 million tonnes with 0.69% Cu, 0.1-0.5 g/t Au and 2-4 g/t Ag at a cut-off of 0.4% copper equivalent. Turmalina is also in the same trend as Buenevenutra's (NYSE: BVN) Mina Conga (6 million oz gold) and Monterrico Metals plc's (LSE: MNA) Rio Blanco porhyry copper project with a resource of 1,257 million tonnes at 0.57% copper and 228 ppm molybdenum.

The Turmanlina project is also in close proximity to Newmont's (NYSE:NEM) Yanacocha gold mine. The Yanacocha operation, with three active open pits, is the largest gold producer in South America.

Mr. Len De Melt states, "The addition of the Turmalina project has added depth and diversity to Dana Resources' portfolio and increased our land holdings in Peru."

With some of the richest mineral reserves in the world, Peru is one of the highest producing countries of precious & base metals in Latin America. Previously inaccessible regions are now becoming available through modern technology and equipment, making the high diversity of marketable minerals an extremely attractive prospect. Peru holds about 16 percent of the world's known mineral reserves.

Businessmen Want Mobile Video on the Move

What is the potential of PXCE's acquisition target (Thwapr)'s market? Below is an article discussing the depth of the current Mobile Video marketplace.

A consumer behavior study by Ericsson and CNN has revealed that the international business elite are increasingly accessing the internet while on the move. *The growing need for flexible viewing options to fit with changing lifestyle habits means that top executives are increasingly viewing TV content on lap-tops, desktop computers and mobile devices. The survey, carried out amongst CNN's online audience, also showed that more business leaders than ever are sharing user-generated video content.

The survey found that 56% of respondents with mobile internet, access online content whilst on the move for example, via a mobile device or wireless LAN. This trend speaks to the increasing number of upscale consumers with internet access outside of the home or office environment.

Three quarters (73%) of CNN's online audience of global citizens share user-generated video content. In fact, 66% of those over 45 share user-generated video content, de-bunking the myth that it is just an activity for the youth. Almost a third (29%) of those surveyed record video clips on their mobile phone. In a nod to the sharp rise of citizen journalism, and perhaps in response to the growing number of social platforms enabling video sharing exchange,16% of respondents are sharing user-generated video content are doing so with other digital community members.

Sixty-seven percent of those surveyed say their TV viewing on PC (desktop or laptop) has increased in the past three to four years and almost a quarter (23%) say their TV viewing on mobile devices has increased over the same period. Flexibility (71%) or the desire to catch up on missed content (51%) were cited as the main reasons for watching TV content on the PC.

Branded websites are the most popular online destinations for survey respondents accessing TV content online. Broadcaster websites (60%) emerged as the #1 choice for accessing TV content online. This is followed by broadcaster sections on video sharing sites such as YouTube (13%).

Television remains the most popular viewing device for CNN's audience of global citizens. 35% watched their television set for more than 10 hours a week, whereas viewing for this length of time is considerably lower for PC (9%) and mobile devices (5%).

"These bespoke research projects deliver valuable insights that help us empower clients to market smarter and more efficiently", commented Max Raven, SVP Advertising Sales, CNN International. "A live example is the 'Race-for-Growth' multi-platform advertising campaign that CNN created to promote Ericsson's involvement in the Volvo Ocean Race. It's a complete solution that offers the client a chance to connect with CNN's audience of tech savvy consumers and business leaders via mouse, mobile, or remote control - in every corner of the globe."

Survey methodology: Research was conducted online across the CNN.com, CNN.com/international and CNNmoney.com websites. 1094 interviews were conducted globally amongst CNN online consumers and results are representative of the regional composition of CNN's online audience.

    PXCE changing its corporate name...

The majority of shareholders have voted to change the company's name on its certificate of incorporation from “Pax Clean Energy, Inc.” to “Thwapr, Inc.”.... (per the filed Pre-14c)

Now I wonder why they would do that.... hmmmm

Keep an eye on FDMF .007. The company seems to have many PRs to release. The latest PR was very good and much more is expected near term. The stock has not even broken out yet but is building up toward that. Just a matter of time. There should be a PR out next week concerning oil leases. Much more coming too.

    [B]CDIV[B]

Please keep CDIV on your radar. After a recent gain last week it has consolidated and is ready to move again. Check out the latest PR!

    Cascadia Investments, Inc. Reaches Milestone

CDIV's 2.7M in asset value makes .014 pps fair value based on 2.7M in assets and that is without a multiple. So .03-05 is not out of the question. Add on share buyback and an eventual increase in assets in 09 due to the likely stabilization of real estate and you can see how easily these number can be reached!

Cascadia Investments, Inc. is currently in process of buying shares on the open market and eliminating Private Share Placement debt. We look forward to updating shareholders in the very near future as to the progress of this initiative.

The capital is already in place that will go to PXCE post closing...

The approximately $2 million will be used to get Thwapr technology into the marketplace.

    This is from 8k filed:

WHEREAS, this transaction is motivated, in part, by the ability of the post-closing public vehicle to privately place approximately $2,000,000 in new equity capital in a transaction which takes place as soon as reasonably practicable following the Closing and the proceeds of which the Company intends to use to execute its business plan
