A great day for the longs all in all. Expecting a lot more, as machinery is being shipped on Friday and production is set to ensue shortly thereafter. Volume was almost 5 times 3/mo avg, Friday saw more then double avg volume so things are looking bright. Not sure if word is spreading or their is interest from a big company. Only time will tell, but stock is performing extroadinarily well at this time.

Well guys and gals, I just looked at my first post here back in May. FYI, love Stock Hideout. Any way, it will show that I was touting this stock, this company back when it was .15. On Friday, closed at .50. The chart is very impressive, but again, Machinery to begin production is due to be shipped out this Friday, November 20th. The technology is quite simple. It is a petri dish with a membrane that results in bacterial detection up to four times faster then traditional methods. What are traditional methods you may ask? They are the same they have been using for a couple hundred years. That's what makes this companies patented technology exciting. Battelle Memorial Institute tested this product and validated its finding as they were published in a scientific journal. NNLX has just about or has completed clean room and Machines to start production are on the way. The chart, the chart, just look at the chart as well. Good luck, I will keep posting to get the word out. I am long, avg. buy in .065 and only sell if I run into any financial hardship. Other than that, holding strong.

NanoLogix (NNLX.pk): Will its Ultra-Fast Diagnostics Revolutionize the Petri Dish Market? 2 comments
Nov 9, 2009 01:24 PM | about stocks: NNLX.PK
Font Size: PrintEmail TweetThis (CORRECTED VERSION)
As an equity investor who is very doubtful of the underlying health of our government stimulus addicted economy, my central focus now is to find fast growing companies that can build shareholder value even if the overall market declines. I believe that I have found one such company in NanoLogix (NNLX.pk)

I came across this company while researching a previous article on another producer of medical testing kits, Trinity Biotech (TRIB). Of course, I was skeptical when I saw that the company was listed on the OTC section of the pinksheets, and had a total market capitalization of less than 50 million dollars. However, after several weeks of due diligence (including purchasing the BioNanoPore (BNP) UltraFast test kit myself) I am now sufficiently confident to recommend that other microcap investors consider investing in this share as well.

NanoLogix has applied nanotechnology to radically improve the age-old Petri dish used for the detection and identification of microorganisms. This is a major breakthrough in the new field of rapid diagnostics.

To quote Bret T. Barnhizer, NanoLogix´s well respected and investor friendly President and CEO,

¨¨(Our BioNanoPore technogy does) not change the rate of growth. We make it possible to see microbial growth earlier. BNP enables the microbes to have a platform in which to grow. The BNP membrane is then transfered from the growth agar to the staining agar. Within a few minutes you can see the microcolonies that have formed on the BNP membrane.

Prior to BNP there was no way to view microcolony growth. The microcolonies exhibit the same characteristics as the standard growth colony which would then be seen in 24 to 72 hrs+ with standard petri technology. ¨¨

The benefits of Ultra-Fast diagnostics are far-reaching:

Ultra-Fast diagnostics allow researchers in the lab to test for potentially pathogenic agents faster and develop effective countermeasures more rapidly and economically. This quality presents exciting opportunities in the pharmaceutical design process.

More effective drug treatments can begin when an infectious disease is identified at an early stage. The spread of infectious disease may be reduced by earlier intervention.

In combat theaters and homeland security settings, the presence of specific pathogens can be detected closer to the epicenter of release.

Industrial production – of food, beverage, drugs, or beauty products - can be paralyzed by microbial contamination. Ultra-Fast diagnostics can help minimize the impact by limiting the spread of spoiled product.

The volume of Petri dishes used for traditional tests is millions per day worldwide. NanoLogix anticipates that the BNP™ Ultra-Fast technology will capture a portion of that market.

NanoLogix has received notification from New Brunswick Scientific of a November 20th shipping date for ordered production equipment for its clean room production facility at the company’s Hubbard, Ohio headquarters. This order consists of four machines for production of BNP rapid-detection kits and is anticipated to be the first of many for kit production.

I would encourage any investor interested in this share to engage in their own due diligence, beginning first at the company´s excellent website (Welcome to Nanologix!)
where there is a wealth of independent research papers which validate the company´s claims concerning the advance in ultra-fast diagnostics with Bio Nano Pore technology.

NNLX's stock price is holding steady. Check the chart of course. Been hanging around the high .30's and mid .40's for quite a while now. Machinery to produce membranes for Petri dish are due to ship on the 20th of this month. They will be installed in the newly constructed clean room. Production should begin shortly thereafter. Despite some minor delays in estimation of construction completion, everything has been as planned with the company and it appears very close to began production, with customers mentioned such as 3M, Proctor and Gamble, BD, Battelle, DOD?, DHS? EPA slightly different product. Good luck.

After yesterday's news, the stock closed at .46, up .07. Their is much to be happy about with NNLX. The ultra fast testing kits were validated by Battelle. The company is now in a DOD news letter. 4 machines are being shipped on the 20th of this month, and the company is set to begin production. They should be able to penetrate the multibillion dollar rapid testing petri dish market, as their dishes have been proven way faster then current technologies. The beauty is it is simple to use and pretty much turn key.

NanoLogix Files International Patent Applications, Reclaims 18 Existing Patents, Noted in Department of Defense Quarterly Publication and Provides Operations Update
HUBBARD, Ohio, November 3, 2009 /Marketwire -- NanoLogix, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NNLX) announces that the company has recently filed BNP™ (BioNanoPore) national patent applications in China, Japan, India, Brazil, Russia and the EU. These applications were filed in order to obtain intellectual property protection for the company’s technology in countries viewed as representing the largest potential international market for BNP rapid detection, a revolutionary sandwiched-membrane Petri-based technology that can reduce microorganism detection times by 100 - 400%.
At the company’s September 25th shareholder meeting, the support for all proposals presented by the company for shareholder approval was overwhelmingly positive, with all shareholder-rights/takeover-defense plan proposals receiving 98-99% of the 64 million shares voted out of roughly 101 million shares outstanding.

The company has reclaimed full rights to 18 patents previously licensed to Nutra Pharma Corporation after failure of Nutra Pharma to pay the balance of patent royalties due for 2008 and the first half of 2009. Nutra Pharma was served notice of their default in July. NanoLogix has returned the 18 patents to the company portfolio and will pursue development and marketing of select technological aspects of the patents.

NanoLogix’s April press release: “New Weapon in BioDefense Research: NanoLogix Kit Speeds Rapid Diagnostics of Anthrax and Bubonic Plague”, was highlighted in the latest issue of the Department of Defense Quarterly, CBRNIAC, from the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense Information Analysis Center. The publication can be accessed at: https://www.cbrniac.apgea.army.mil/Produ...
This order consists of four machines for production of BNP rapid-detection kits and is anticipated to be the first of many for kit production.

NanoLogix management, staff, and directors would like to congratulate Corporate Counsel David R. Barnhizer for his recent three-year appointment as Visiting Professor to the University of Westminster, London. Professor Barnhizer will continue as corporate counsel.

USA TODAY BIOTERRORISM

By Mimi Hall, USA TODAY

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration is working hard to curb nuclear threats but failing to address the more urgent and immediate threat of biological terrorism, a bipartisan commission created by Congress is reporting today.

The report obtained by USA TODAY cites failures on biosecurity policy by the White House, which the Commission on the Prevention of Weapons of Mass Destruction says has left the country vulnerable. The commission, created last year to address concerns raised by post-9/11 investigations, warns that anthrax spores released by a crop-duster could "kill more Americans than died in World War II" and the economic impact could exceed $1.8 trillion in cleanup and other costs.

The government's efforts "have not kept pace with the increasing capabilities and agility of those who would do harm to the United States," the report says. "The consequences of ignoring these warnings could be dire." Says commission Chairman Bob Graham, a Democratic former senator from Florida: "The clock is ticking."

White House spokesman Nick Shapiro said protecting the nation from deadly weapons is among President Obama's "top national security priorities."

Among the commission's criticisms:

• President Obama's National Security Council has no senior political appointees with a biodefense background. "That was not the case in the Clinton and Bush administrations," the report says.

• Programs created after the 9/11 attacks to develop and buy vaccines and drugs to prevent and respond to a biological attack are not being funded adequately. Although the report is critical of the White House on this topic, Congress has the power of the purse. The report cites a funding shortage for a program to ensure there are enough drugs to respond to a bioterrorist attack.

The Obama administration asked for $305 million in its fiscal 2010 budget request. "Insufficient by a factor of 10," the report says.

• Disease surveillance programs fall short.

The government needs to invest in rapid diagnostic tests to "improve the nation's ability to treat people by providing a more timely and accurate diagnosis" — something that can be critical to treating the victim of a biological attack.

Shapiro says the government is spending $3.5 billion to protect the public from the H1N1 flu and is "carefully evaluating" broader "all-hazards" spending.

Commission Vice Chairman Jim Talent, a Republican former senator from Missouri, says: "The fact is, it is only getting easier and cheaper to develop and use biological weapons. ... It is essential that the U.S. government move more aggressively."
