About World Assurance Group Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WDAS)

World Assurance Group, through its wholly owned subsidiary ANAV Holdings Corporation, intends to participate in all areas of real estate transactions, including direct ownership, co-investment with other institutions or developers, as well as indirect participation through the acquisition of distressed debt and/or non-performing loans with the eventual goal of control of the underlying assets.

About Sustainable Green Corporation

Sustainable Green Corporation utilizes a multi-patented composite building system that utilizes Expanded Polystyrene as the core material for all structural members -- walls, roof, and floor. The material is sprayed with a composite coating made of a precise blend of sand, cement, glass fiber and other patented additives that together create a building shell that meets or exceeds all testing protocols and load requirements of the ICC-ES. (ICC-ES is the United States' leader in evaluating building products for compliance with code and is a nonprofit, public-benefit corporation, ICC Evaluation Service, Inc. (ICC-ES)). The building system is intrinsically linked to the installation and application of a building system; it has a patented analysis program that accurately predicts the performance capability of a building utilizing any architectural design under any set of climate conditions. The system is earthquake resistant, hurricane resistant (tested to 260 MPH, rated 170 MPH), vapor proof, water proof, mold resistant, air tight and 100% recyclable. It compares favorably by price to timber, which creates more waste and has a negative impact on the environment.

Yup!! I caught up to the bandwagon a bit to late too. A few definitely made some money. It came back down as I predicted though; I expect it to go back up but want to see how far it will drop first. It got a little too bullish today and of course everyone sold off there profits.

Personally, i'm in it for the long, so I'm holding. However, if you want to panic sell, then I suggest you wait until no earlier than December to do so, so you will at least get some free shares of SWRS out of the deal.

Sustainable Power Corp. is an international green energy service provider focused on environmentally safe power generation. The company has the exclusive rights to develop and manage a portfolio of green power plants utilizing the USSEC biofuel discovery, a renewable fuel source able to be produced from one-fifth of the soybean acreage traditionally associated with biodiesel.
U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. was established in 2006 by John Rivera, father of the “Rivera Process” and inventor of the USSEC Biofuel Discovery. The company offers a significant energy advancement that creates three times more fuel per feedstock unit than any other biofuel or biodiesel production process. The company has engineered the first bio-renewable fuel able to serve as a replacement to petroleum diesel, with superior weather resistance, performance value, and anti-corrosiveness over other green fuels.
The USSEC biofuel is furthermore created at a nominal cost as the byproduct of producing organic fertilizer from recycled waste products, a discovery made during research into agricultural biomass and organic remediation. The technology offers a solution to foreign oil dependence, significant reduction to the cost of electricity and ethanol production, and the eventual reversal of greenhouse gas emissions.

RSI Line is@51.73 i believe this just might be worth taking a look into for a low risk with a possibility for high gain!!!

Press Release
Source: World Assurance Group Inc.
On 8:26 am EST, Monday November 16, 2009
Buzz up! 0 Print.Companies:World Assurance Group, Inc.
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - 11/16/09) - World Assurance Group (Pinksheets:WDAS - News) announced today that its subsidiary ANAV Holdings Corporation intends to continue to aggressively pursue new residential and commercial property opportunities along with green sustainable building products in emerging markets.

{"s" : "wdas.pk","k" : "c10,l10,p20,t10","o" : "","j" : ""} WDAS has already signed Letters of Intent with Premier Housing Development of Machala focusing on residential housing projects based in Ecuador. The Company was very impressed by the recent news that Ecuador will spend more than $900 million on housing and infrastructure projects in a bid to revive the country's economy. Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa announced these stimulus projects to begin driving the Ecuadorian economy which is focusing first on housing. Most of the money for the investments will come from $2.2 billion in international reserves that the government is repatriating from the foreign banks where the reserves are being held, Correa said in a public address two weeks ago in Quito, Ecuador.

WDAS is focusing on growth in emerging markets as it allows North America, Europe and Asia real estate to reset and restructure. With South America looking poised to continue despite a history of volatility, regions such as Central, South & Latin America, Mexico, Africa and the Middle East may become a bigger part of the WDAS picture along with certain areas in the Asia-Pacific region such as Indonesia.

Jonathan B Morgan, President of WDAS, stated, "that economic growth in emerging markets and in Ecuador in particular is set to boom based on many of these governments support for the sector and by the fact that the banks are lining up to provide financing to many lower and middle income housing projects. Developers in these regions are set for long term growth as the middle class increases and as all of these economies increase consumption and GDP. It's a sector with long term growth and opportunity."

WDAS management believes that there are further opportunities and challenges in keeping up with demand for new building products and materials. WDAS intends to aggressively pursue new products and invest in the emerging market regions. WDAS plans to bring in additional products from North America, Europe and Asia to meet any growing demand. It is critical for WDAS to win in growing markets in order to establish itself as a regional and then a global player.

About World Assurance Group Inc (Pinksheets:WDAS - News)

ECO2 Plastics Environmental System | Popular Science

ECO2 Plastics Wins Popular Science 2009 Best of What's New Award

RIVERBANK, Calif., Nov 13, 2009 -- ECO2 Plastics, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: EOPI), the eco-friendly recycling company that is changing the way plastics are recycled, announced today that its waterless cleaning process was recognized by Popular Science magazine as one of the Top 100 innovations of the year, winning the coveted "Best of What's New" award in the Green Tech category.

ECO2 was selected for its innovative approach to solving the dirty little secret of plastic recycling. Each year billions of gallons of water are consumed and contaminated through the water-based process deployed in traditional plastic recycling. ECO2's closed-loop system eliminates the use of water while reducing the variable cost of production and without polluting the planet. The process has been approved by the FDA for use in food contact applications, covering the widest range of categories. The ECO2 Environmental System is the only process granted approval at the wash stage, prior to incremental equipment and processing costs.

"For 22 years, Popular Science has honored the innovations that surprise and amaze us, those that make a positive impact on our world today, and challenge our views of what's possible in the future," said Mark Jannot, Editor in Chief of Popular Science. "The 'Best of What's New' award is the magazine's top honor, and the 100 winners - chosen from among thousands of entrants - represent the highest level of achievement in their fields." "We are honored to be recognized by Popular Science Magazine as a company that is making revolutionary strides in the improvement of plastic recycling technology," said Rod Rougelot, CEO of ECO2 Plastics. "This award is a reflection of our entire team's passion and commitment in making a positive impact on the industry and the environment. Raising additional financing remains our primary focus with the goal of being operational again in the second quarter of 2010." About "Best of What's New" Each year, the editors of Popular Science review thousands of products in search of the top 100 tech innovations of the year - breakthrough products and technologies that represent a significant leap in their categories. The winners of the "Best of What's New" award are given inclusion in the much-anticipated December issue of Popular Science, the most widely read issue of the year since the debut of "Best of What's New" in 1987. "Best of What's New" awards are presented to 100 new products and technologies in 11 categories: Automotive, Aviation & Space, Computing, Engineering, Gadgets, Green Technology, Home Entertainment, Security, Home Technology, Personal Health, and Recreation.

Popular Science is published by the Bonnier Corporation (BONNIER CORPORATION), one of the largest consumer publishing groups in America and the leading media company serving passionate, highly engaged audiences through more than 40 special-interest magazines and related multimedia projects and events.

About ECO2 Plastics (ECO2 Plastics)

ECO2 Plastics, (EOPI.OB), is a publicly traded company engaged in PET plastic recycling. The Company's patented process was developed through a research partnership with Honeywell FM&T and the US Department of Energy. ECO2 Plastics is the exclusive worldwide licensee of the patented and patent-pending technology. The Company is headquartered in Riverbank, California.

ECO2's approach sets it apart from competitors that deploy water-based recycling processes. Unlike other recyclers, ECO2's process eliminates the use of water, respects and preserves the environment, while delivering a high quality recycled plastic flake, which is approved by the FDA for use in food contact applications. ECO2 Plastics is the only recycling company that can claim that (i) its plastic recycling technology has a negligible impact on the environment and (ii) is distinguishable from existing technologies when it comes to water waste and chemical contamination.

Single stock futures are futures contracts on individual stocks. There are currently over 80 well-known stock futures such as IBM, eBay, and Philip Morris. These futures products provide investors with a cost-effective vehicle for participating in U.S. equities markets.

A stock futures contract is an agreement to deliver shares of a specific stock at a designated date in the future, called the expiration date. Most stock futures contracts are not held until expiration because traders typically offset their position - selling if the trader is long or buying if the trader is short.

The price of an equity futures typically tracks the price of the underlying instrument nearly tick for tick, so trading strategies followed in the stock market are generally transferable to the stock futures market. Single stock futures may therefore be used with a broad range of trading strategies and for a variety of portfolio management needs.

When a stock future is traded, both the buyer and seller put up a good faith deposit called margin. The margin requirement for security futures is generally 20% of the underlying value of the securities, although this requirement may be lower if the investor also holds certain offsetting positions in cash equities, stock options, or other security futures in the same securities account.
Advantages of Single Stock Futures
•	With margin requirements of 20%, single stock futures provide a highly capital efficient way to participate in equities.
•	No uptick is required to establish a short position.
•	Short sellers may benefit from eliminating the costs and inefficiencies associated with the stock loan process.

Can't say that the volumes have been consistent but obviously, people are starting to see how good an investment BZEC is. Been holding on to my shares for months now because of the news of a possible buy-out of an AIM-listed company that entitles it to go back to the NASDAQ where it can easily go at $33 again.

So imagine my miniscule investment of $2,600 going to around $660,000. I can just imagine the taste of victory.

This stock is all about money and saving lives. That's what it is.

I also heard that it is in its last stages of FDA approval. So, I see light on this one.

Want to have some of the money pie? Go get at least 10,000 shares at 0.13c.

You won't be sorry. Even if this is half true, you can still gain from that miniscule investment you put in.
Falken Industries Ltd: 3 Q Operating Margins Soar 33%-On Continuing Rising Sales

3Q Operating margins soared up 33% for the quarter ended September 30 - 4Q revenues projected to increase more than 30%.

TRENTON, NEW JERSEY--(Marketwire - Nov. 11, 2009) - Falken Industries Ltd (OTCBB:FLKI) -

Operating Margins for this international leader in the industry soared more than 33% to 40% for the 3Q notwithstanding heavy development and promotional support for a fast expanding global distribution network.

"This is particularly noteworthy because FLKI has refused a policy of pass-along price increases and is now the uncontested recognized leader for price stability" said Manuel Garcia, communications officer. Sales have risen steadily in 2009.

Much of the reported success of the company lies with its noted procurement and purchasing efficiencies which have hedged its raw material cost up to three years, given it substantial cost advantages over its competitors.

Sales are projected to increase by more than 30% for the 4Q bested by significant further increases in global market share because FLKI product concepts have been filling the voids created by over priced and over extended competitors.

Its new well covered recently introduced product concept "Brilliance" is projected to explode sales and net revenues in 2010.

About Falken Industries Ltd :

If I remember correctly, unless you have at least $25,000 in equity, you can not day trade.

Selling the same stock that you bought earlier the same day is called a day trade.

For example:

You can buy any amount of shares of company A, B and C with in a single day with out consequence.

You could then sell any or all of them the next day without consequence.

However, if you sold any of company A, B or C on the same day as you bought it, then this is considered a day trade.

If you do 3 day trades within 5 market days, then you are flagged as a day trader. If you get flagged as a day trader with out the $25,000 in equity, then you may simply have your trade account suspended, or, in repeated violations, you may be fined.

If you deal mainly in sub penny stocks, then you don't really have to worry about accidentally day trading, as it usually takes multiple days to flip a stock.

I realize that is probably more information than you asked for, so sorry about that. But, in short, the answer to your question is that yes, you can buy the same company again with out any problems, as long as you don't sell it until tomorrow at the earliest.

I've noticed when people flip that they sell @ .00019, but scottrade doesn't allow 5 decimal places. What's the deal with that? I set the sell price @ .0002, but would it just go through anyway @ .00019?
Nobletrading was the USA broker that I was setting up to go with but the main reason I was going with them was because I was told I could choose from 3 Market Maker to have my order place and that was on the web base plan but now they told me that is not true but if I want to pay $50 a month and go with the platform base then I would have many Market Maker to choose from. There is more details but I am not going with them now because I felt like it would be just like Zecco except I would pay $7.95 per trade instead

Trustcash Completes Phase 1 of Plan for Its Mobile Payment Services; Global Mobile Payments Market Estimated at 860 Billion by 2013

ATLANTA, GA,...

Trustcash Completes Phase 1 of Plan for Its Mobile Payment Services; Global Mobile Payments Market Estimated at 860 Billion by 2013

ATLANTA, GA, Nov 09, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- TRUSTCASH HOLDINGS, INC. ("TRUSTCASH") (PINKSHEETS: TCHH) today announces it has received the business case evaluation and technology strategy from Ajay Hans supporting the decision to enter Mobile Payment Market.
Amongst other things Mr. Hans recommends Trustcash develop a WAP based solution which uses wireless communication to access information, particularly internet content, from a mobile device. Payments will be made directly on a website or by downloading a mobile payment application. Purchases will occur in the same manner as traditional online purchases with no additional billing support required from the mobile Telco.

The use of the mobile phone is the next significant step in the evolution in the payments industry -- representing another growth opportunity for Trustcash.

MOBILE PAYMENTS MARKET SIZE

The world wide market size for mobile payments is estimated at 860 Billion by 2013 (see link below)

(Mobile Payments: $860 Billion By 2013? | Future Banking Blog)

With approximately 230 million mobile subscribers in the United States (over 70 percent of the U.S. population), mobile payments are on the horizon of the payment industry.

In a recent survey conducted by Visa USA of 800 consumers, 77 percent of respondents admitted that it would be difficult to get through a single day without their mobile phones, and more than 50 percent preferred to have more electronic payment options so they do not have to carry cash. According to the study, survey respondents are twice as likely to carry their mobile phones, than cash, with the 18 to 34 year old age group four times more likely to carry mobile phones.

Management comments, "With a clear technology plan in hand we feel the next step is to find a Beta partner to develop our mobile solution with. Our mobile solution should open the door to more growth."

About Trustcash

Through its Trustcash brand and website (Trustcash 2.0 ::: Anonymous. Secure. Private.), Trustcash is a pioneer of anonymous payment systems for the internet. Trustcash developed a business based on the sale of a virtual stored value card that can be used by consumers to make secure and anonymous purchases on the internet. The company markets its Trustcash(TM) payment card, which is sold in denominations ranging from $10 to $200 online.

Should see some movement on this......

Accredited Business Consolidators Corp. Outlines Plans to Bring Filings Current and to Return to the OTCBB

DOYLESTOWN, PA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/09/09 -- Accredited Business Consolidators Corp., trading as Italian Oven, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IOVE), today announced its plans to bring its filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission up to date and to list on the NASDAQ Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB).

IOVE remains under the obligation to file reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission as it is a reporting company. IOVE, during its dormancy, did not file its reports. Since new management took over, IOVE filed delinquent quarterly reports for over ten years outlining a zero dollar balance sheet. Additional reports need to be filed.

IOVE has been negotiating with accounting firms to provide it with an audit of the Company's activities including the dormant years. IOVE has narrowed its search to three firms and it expects to make a final decision by the end of the year.

The Company will file appropriate audited annual reports for the delinquent years before or along with its audited annual report for 2009. From that period on, IOVE intends to remain current with its reporting obligations.

Upon the filing of audited annual reports for 2009 and the dormant years, IOVE will request that a market maker sponsor its listing with the OTCBB.

If approved, this will enable additional market makers to quote the stock of IOVE for smoother trading and a more accurate display of orders for the Company's stock. IOVE knows of no material impediment that will prevent listing on the OTCBB other than the delinquent annual reports. IOVE used to trade on the NASDAQ prior to its bankruptcy, which it emerged from in 1998 with the common shareholders in tact.

I know we all are looking for the money so I had found this on another forum and shared it with all. These below are old ones and I checked them out, they looked like I wish I had got in when they were picked,
What is a jackpot alert? a 5+ bagger in 60 days or less.. We have had many here such as BEHL, EXPH, ASFX, XMDC and many others all alerted .001-.003 and ran to MULTI-PENNIES!! all still holding up EXCELLENT gains from initial alert... all are excellent companies and i am in the middle of researching 2 more companies..

Okay here are the ones that are being looked at
They are active stocks and they have great things in the pipeline..

1. PDMI .002 -I find this one is for me, going to see it go lower
2. RTGV .047
3. IOVE .0141

Now they are not breaking out no need to rush in however you will notice they are actually downtrending all 3 of them! So look for a bottom or safe entry but all 3 of these are potential 10 baggers before years end.

If you find anything about them let the group know
This morning i was reading on TCHH and some things cought my eye.The mac D looks to be rising over the signal line witch could start the day off lovely.Ive watched/had this stock for a long time it vary's from .0005 to .0006 for a nice 20% profit. If you look at the news it will show you this company has done nothing but expand and profit. This stock looks promising i hope to see this push over .0006 and never look back.I wish everyone good luck and happy trading.

Hey all keep an eye on tchh., trust cash holdings seem to be a up and coming company that has been grabbing my eye for some time now. It looks to be cornering the market in over seas debit and credit transactions and purchases over the internet. Imo this company will have great success with the holidays coming up!! I have been hearing nothing but great things about this company everywhere. I think with some great news this company will take off once again and have alot of price appreciation. This is one not to miss out on. It is defintly a good time to get in while the price is on a dip and ride it back up to.001

Canadians are limited in their choice of brokers. If you are a heavy trader, with more than 30 trades a quarter, Your best bet would probably be TD Bank/ Price Waterhouse, or BMO investor online. Both have excellent service 24/7 and once you get past your first 30 trades, you have the best of both worlds. Don't freeze yourself up though. Getting back to the 30 trades again is expensive.
Why Canadians don't have the same choices as Americans is rediculous. We speak the same language, eat the same food and trade the same stocks. In many cases, we work for the same companies. I don't understand why there is even a border separating us.
Good luck trading.

Im taking a nice hard look into TCHH with them adding the Asia debit and the 10% increase ( oct $204.000 ) compared to the previous month ( sept $180.000 )
in gross revenues . its obvious thier doing something right sooner or later i believe TCHH will explode as of now they are sitting in a buyers market below bullish but i believe this will not last long . Hist Gram is building and Ma charts are starting to look like a cup is forming . its a low risk with the possibility for a high gain , ill be updating the charts through out the day
