Well first there is a 8k that just went out for 3 million dollars to cornell that can be used at price .55 of common stock which I think is 100 million shares. Read here http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/prin...5C&symbol=HLEG

Chart wise it looks ok, but I would not hold this thing long term with that dilution
