MARKHAM, ON, March 20 - Neotel is pleased to announce that its 75% owned subsidiary, Admiral Secure Products, has received orders from the
Government of Canada in the amount of $600,000.00. The shipment of the Admiral Secure fax units will be made in the last week of March, 2008. This will bring
the total sales of Admiral products to just under $1,000,000 since theacquisition in February, 2007.

The Company is very pleased that two government ministries continue to utilize and display our product that provides secure fax transmission between locations across the country.
