PERTH, Western Australia, Feb. 11 Troy Resources NL ("Troy" or the Company") (TSX, ASX: TRY) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced offering, issuing a total of 8,462,000 ordinary shares at C$2.60 per share, for gross proceeds of C$22,001,200, by way of a prospectus filed in each of the provinces of Canada.

Scotia Capital Inc. acted as lead agent in connection with the offering together with a syndicate that included Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., National Bank Financial Inc. and RBC Capital Markets (collectively, the
"Agents"). In connection with the offering, the Agents were granted an option to acquire up to an additional 1,269,300 ordinary shares exercisable for a period of 30 days commencing today.
