I'm away for 2 days fighting off the worst flu of my life ( 4 real )  ....and what did i miss?.......nothing that wasn't predictable for the past several months ( market correction ).... it'll be a 3 stager.....with the final blow to be DUMPED on the housing market.....good luck to all you that have adjustable rates....sell, sell, sell......your houses NOW!!!!!!
