Prochartscan.com Issues

Buyer Beware of ProChartScans.com when signing up for ProChartScans. I still continue to use Microcaptrade, but due to the failure of its service almost on a daily basis, I decided to try prochartscans. I signed up tonight, they charged me the $48 to try it, and then tried to log in, and it told my my user ID and password were INVALID. This is the same BS that happened to me when I tried this service back in December. Same ole BS with them. So take fair warning if you decide to try this service. I doubt you will be able to log in. You more than likely will get an error message, saying that your User ID is invalid.

it takes a few hours for the system to update it vipyr, so why dont you try it again this mornig and see what happens before you go and smash it.

ProChartScan Setup

Hello All.
A reply to Vipyr's post regarding his account creation problems..
We clearly state in our Signup agreement(also on our contact form) that it takes up to 12 business hours to create a new account. This is not an uncommom practice..For one.. StockCharts.com takes up to 24 hours etc. We normally get new accounts activated within the hour, but weekends may take a bit longer..Once in a great while we may take a day off.
We also show on our website that the Invalid User message should be ignored during this wait time. The only thing not received by new members during this wait time is Real Time Nasdaq data..I personally don't see need for Real Time data at 1:00 AM on a Sunday morning.. But..to each his own..
I would personally like to thank each and everyone of our members for their membership and their continued understanding during our sometimes painful growing period.
We are working hard to create the ultimate in Microcap trading programs and will continue to do so.
We list our toll free support number on our site and welcome anyone with any type of concern to contact us..
Sorry..We may not be available to answer at 1:00 AM on a Sunday morning..But if you let us know you will be calling, I'll bet you we will..

You have no idea how wrong you are about this.

Prochartscan has the best customer service I have encountered anywhere in this or any other industry. They have not only met my expectations they have exceeded them far beyond what any customer deserves. Let alone a newbie who asks stupid questions all the time.

I thought we didnt bash things here ....... especially if you have not actually dealt with the people themselves. What Bob Wageman says here is 100% true .... if you let them know ahead of time they will work their butts off to assist you in every way.

Enjoy, look at the date of my first post on this issue???? I have no clue why people are responding to this now.. No clue. I told you all my experiences with prochartscans, and they occured 2 months ago, and 4 months ago. I knew back then it took more than 24 hours to get updates, but that was not the issue. I wish people would pay attention to the dates on the postings
My account was deleted twice, and when I tried to make a new account, it said that I already had a valid and active account, which I found incredible, due to the fact I have used the same user name and password for 17 yrs on the internet... but I tried to create a new one, and it would not let me, saying that my email is already registered. So I sent numerious emails and made numberous phone calls , and no responses. Thats when I decided to stick with microcaptrade.
Anyways, again, I really do not know why this subject is being brought up again, after 6 weeks.

Have no idea either

It just showed up as a post today. Know nothing about months ago as I wasnt here then. Glad you are happy with Microcap ...... good company also.
