INCA apparel has already captured the attention of leading fashion retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Bergdorf Goodman and Henri Bendel. Each of these major retailers, renowned for their distinctive, trendy apparel have previously ordered or currently carry the INCA swimwear and resort wear line in their stores.

In April 2007 the company formerly known as Transportation Safety Technology, Inc. changed its name to INCA Designs, Inc. (“INCA”) in anticipation of a reverse merger acquisition of S2 New York Design Corp. (“S2”). S2 is a boutique design house that designs, contracts for the manufacture of, markets, and distributes for wholesale and retail a line of swimwear, resort wear, and accessories under the brand names of INCA, INCA Girl, INCA Bag, and INCA Junior. S2 now is a wholly owned subsidiary of INCA and is its sole operating business which has generated revenues in excess of $2 million since its inception.
Subsequent to the acquisition, INCA set on a course to bring all delinquent SEC filings of the public entity current. All required filings, including a Form 8K on the transaction, Form 10KSBs for the predecessor company, and Form 10QSBs for both the predecessor companies and the current operation, have been filed with the SEC. The Company plans to file its Form 10KSB for the year ended December 31, 2007 on a timely basis on or before March 30, 2008.
