| I have to admit that I'm not an insider as far as the politics of this are considered (I wish I was), but I think that the merger will go through. I mean...does anti-trust really apply to this situation????
It was put in place to keep large companies from smothering younger start ups, and sure it applies to costco and walmart from merging so they don't crush Hank's discount shop, but is it realistic to think that a smaller company (i.e. Hank) will get the capital and resources to launch their own satellite and set up a national/worldwide network?!?!?!?!?! |
