Yes, I believe that the annual report needs to be released by March 30, but I'm not positive. They filed a 2005 annual report correction last fall, but their 10-K was on March 23 last year.
It needs to overcome some resistance at about $1.60, right now. But I'm looking down the road, so if it drops, I will only continue accumulating.
