I'm currently going to switch brokers from scottrade to something else. Three brokers I'm considering are
Choicetrade
Lowtrades
and MBtrading.
I know MBtrading will eat you out alive like scottrade on subpennies, but my trading range will be from .50 - up. Their plan is 4.95 for up to 4000 shares. All three have a custodial account which i need.
Choicetrade has a good $5 flat, but it has no special orders, just market, limit, and stop.
Lowtrades I've heard a couple bad reviews, and not really heard a lot about it. However, lowtrades and mbtrading both have the special orders, like trailing stop.
Any personal experiences would be helpful.
