BWI Holdings, Inc. Approves a 5-1 Forward Stock Split

(the "Company"), today announced that at the board of directors meeting January 5, 2009 the board approved a forward stock split of five common shares for every one common share outstanding as of the record date January 20, 2009. The stock pay date is January 30, 2009.
