| MP -- DAYTRADING SIMULATOR hey,
the scanner is just that -- a program that finds stocks that are moving within the technical parameters you set for it, while a simulator is a program that exactly (except for buying and selling --- and thats IMPT !) replicates a real time trading day, allowing you to make "simulated" trades as if you were really trading.
two different animals entirely, and the simulator is a very good "graduation" step from paper trading.
i dont know anything about this particular one, or if there is any cost involved but here is a free simulator that uses yesterdays trading info and is exactly the same as trading realtime (except the buys and sells are NOT the same as reality --- first, no partials AND you almost always get filled at your price, which does not always happen in reality) Anyway, try it ! http://www.schwabat.com/Platforms/SS...Simulator.aspx
enjoy, and trade well
